2022/02/27 午餐@NT2680價位 5道刺身+2道烤物+蒸蛋 5道握壽司+2道手捲+玉子燒+湯+甜點 料理長在魚肉的熟成上有下功夫, 一般而言腥味較重的沙丁魚, 以及青花魚都處理的蠻好的, 紅醋飯也能將魚肉的旨味再往上提升。 比較特別的是水海膽, 較赤海膽鮮甜層次更上一層樓。 有機會的話,會再來品嚐3680套餐, 個人比較喜歡握壽司,道數有點少, 感覺紅醋飯沒有吃夠。

師傅處理食材非常用心 而且不會大小眼的感覺 都是熱情接待跟介紹每一道餐點 但是小小點是 比較不會看客人用餐狀況 會一道道出餐 吃得很趕 而且服務生也是直接擺在旁邊 讓人壓力有點大 建議女生如果食量不大 可以飯量減少 會比較剛好 但總體來說 是很滿意的!

每道食材師傅都很用心的處理,上餐後也會細心的講解。壽司醋飯真的很厲害,Q軟適中。釜飯真的是一絕!如果有機會一定要先預約嚐看看

走精緻華麗路線可以吃到不同型態的食材相互搭配的新奇感。不過有些細節讓人感覺略顯不足,這樣的價位感覺可以再仔細點。 前菜的青甘很美味,刺身部分,竹莢魚搭配昆布凍的吃法新奇。海膽搭配甜蝦意外的相得益彰。整體份量偏少,最好不要太餓去吃。 星鰻師傅強調是自己殺滷的,不過吃到了以前星鰻都不會吃到的微微土味,不太確定這味道是正常的嗎? 細節不足處: 海膽剩下的料拌飯是很美味,但該器皿本來是裝海膽+甜蝦,拌飯後要就口吃不雅且不便,建議給個湯匙。 廣島牡蠣不太適合拿去蒸蛋,這麼大顆的牡蠣搭配蒸蛋,取不出牡蠣的鮮甜,倒是有點腥了。 甜點的哈密瓜很讓人失望,一客兩三千的料理在水果挑選上,品質很有問題,只是微甜+有點過熟的腐味。 以上,師傅很專業也樂於分享,值得嘗試,不過一些細節可能多注意會更好些。遇上疫情辛苦了,加油~
