★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 處理速度蠻快的，記得申請書先列印好，然後一進去先去找人拿號碼牌，才不會等太久，一出電梯就往左走
The processing speed is quite fast, remember to print the application form first, and then go to find someone to get the number plate as soon as you enter, so that you wo n’t wait too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fast processing time for my ISIC (download the form, fill it and bring a photo worth you) card but awful customer service, especially if you aren't fluent in Chinese, it gave me the stare like why don't you know this and when I didn't know what she was asking she kept replying in the same way (hey, if I don't understand it perhaps you should find another way to say it?)

Though the individual helping me was efficient and was able to finish processing my documents within 20 minutes, he had a poor attitude and kept typing the name of my university wrong. Please note the the form does not indicate that there is limited space for the name of your institution. Double check with your institution before applying!
