★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已結帳完才告知原本點的套餐鬆餅沒了，店家建議換成別法式吐司卻沒事先說明要整單更換餐點並說明法式吐司為單點沒有附飲料和副餐，造成客人誤會（原本以為鬆餅沒了改成法式吐司而已），要客人自行跟他們確認差異就算了，處理態度還很差，一副就是我們就是這樣，你不要可以離開，完全沒有站在客人立場思考。總共點了兩分餐點，三點結束營業，要我們改餐點的時候已經兩點半了，我說那不然我那份取消，出另一份餐就好，卻聽到點餐人員跟廚房說先不要做我們的餐點，不想做生意也不需要用這樣的態度對待客人吧
