Convenient location is definitely an advantage.
Reasonable pricing for drinks and food. They even have salad if you need to add fiber to daily diet : ) Comfortable atmosphere to stay there no matter you gotta progress a bit work or merely enjoying time by yourself; an outside smoking area is available.

Hungry to be able to eat a cow or big-portion-food fans are recommended to visit restaurants.
