★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米粉湯口感很像米苔目會QQ的，胡椒香，煮到澱粉質都釋放了，沾醬大多是粉紅色米醬微辣，蒜泥醬只出現在頭骨肉旁邊，乾麵用的是豬油，中規中矩沒什麼驚艷感。
