米粉湯的湯已跟酸菜味融合,就有點像喝酸菜口味的湯! 小菜也簡單,沒有特別驚艷。 不過豆腐的味道很有豆味,算滿令人有印象的。 整體尚可☺️

優點: 米粉湯湯頭不錯,有加韭菜很特別,吃起來味道比前面阿嬤的米粉湯豐富、有層次 此外,小菜的份量不少,醬油膏不會死鹹,好吃 缺點: 沒有價目表,點餐時不太方便、用餐環境也有待改善。 米粉湯可以加湯,但是老闆幫我加的湯很少,第一次碰到米粉湯店,湯只能加這麼一點點的,(我早上快9點去用餐,老闆跟我說她的湯快沒了?)~我還被老闆限制最多只能加2次?

從小吃到大的米粉湯,湯頭鮮美,價位實在,這也是住在附近的在地人喜歡吃的米粉湯!

網路說的這麼神,當然也要來嚐鮮一下,星期一公休,所以撲空了一趟,今天剛好回忠孝看診,當然不能錯過,點了米粉湯跟三個小菜,小菜分別有豬肺 頭骨肉 油豆腐,後來才知道,原來點菜有綿角的,比如說頭骨肉要瘦的不要肥的之類,後來又點了一碗滷肉飯,忘了拍照就吞下肚了,整體來說算好吃,米粉湯湯頭該有的濃郁有呈現出來,但個人不愛酸菜,所以就沒加,喜歡的人可以試試看,聽說會蹦出好滋味,小菜部分都算軟嫩,至於滷肉飯是讓我有點驚訝,吃起來非常順口,但就是偏油一點,整體還不錯,一餐吃下來120元,台北市來說,已經是佛心價格。

米粉湯加酸菜吃起來蠻合的,湯頭濃郁有古早味,還挺不錯吃的。油豆腐很軟嫩好吃,肝連很新鮮口感佳。

米粉湯是一絕,相較大多數米粉湯添加的是芹菜,位於南港東新街巷弄的這間無名米粉湯加的是酸菜和韭菜,酸菜和豬大骨湯頭真是絕配,然後品嚐這碗米粉湯的湯頭時韭菜的滋味又和前兩個已完美融合的滋味形成如點點星火般的對比,「醇美中帶些火花的古早味」或可形容這湯頭的美好風味;米粉的部份則口感偏Q滑彈,或許有人會對這類米粉的含米程度有所疑問,但我覺得相較軟糯如此帶些「硬格」的米粉口感又再次和湯頭的醇味形成鮮明對比。在造訪米粉湯黑白切的吃攤時我通常大都只喝些湯配著被定位為主角的黑白切而米粉湯整體則淪為配角,但在這裡,這處處散發著誘人特色的米粉湯不可避免地形成雙主角之一並促使我全部吃完後還考慮想再加點一碗! 米粉湯美好,黑白切也不惶多讓。這間無名米粉湯的豬料不是以種類數量龐大取勝,而是「小而美」,每樣都可清楚品到取自新鮮台灣溫體豬的香氣。 若說這間無名米粉湯有什麼是讓我比較保留的地方,除了庶民陽春到了一定程度的環境(但吃攤就是如此所以還可以理解),就是小菜盛在包裹了塑膠袋的盤上,可以理解店家因為人手不足所以此為一權宜做法,但站在用餐者角度這還是頗大扣分,真心希望店家可以改變做法 即便有上述的缺陷,若單純想要品嚐美好的「那一味」尤其是讓人一喝就愛上的米粉湯,我認為還是值得一訪。 食物 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 環境 ⭐️
