Cancel the flight and directly change the other date. I tried to call and no one answered, but no one responded to the line and WhatsApp, so we should go directly to the office to ask? An airline with no means of contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cathay Pacific should close Cathay Dragon as flights are nearly always delayed and staff are very demotivated. Staff at the checkin need to be supervised and cabin crew need to repeatedly advised by the pilot to perform their duties.
On flights the attendants hide away and customers have to self serve and only come out all at once to do the same job after multiple calls from pilot when landing. Lastly don't expect food or appologies on delayed flights.
