★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best selling point for me is the fantastic/unobstructed view of the mountains. I also like the fact that it's super close to the MRT (1 min walk from 辛亥站 which is 1 stop away from 信義區) but also quiet enough that one can hear the birds chirping. The building construction itself is impeccable and it has most amenities that one will likely use. I definitely recommend checking it out ?
