J	Jenny Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 份量跟食材我覺得都很好，第一次來到這家店，覺得蠻有質感的，原先店員說明可能會併桌，後來到了現場，店員說若是在某個時間點離開，就可以坐兩人座位，我們當然選擇坐兩人座，畢竟時間還很久。我們吃了12貫的壽司跟因為太想吃海膽，選了有海膽的丼飯，真的好好吃！！?然後也點上一碗湯，兩個人吃這樣的份量剛剛好。推推來這間店吃～還有我們吃了生蠔，聽到生蠔眼睛就亮了，他有三種價格，當然就是生蠔大小不同啦！也是很好吃❤️❤️❤️ I think the portion size and ingredients are very good. I	Irene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2店內裝潢舒服，食材依然新鮮。但跟1店比起來感覺口味好像還是有一咪咪不同，然後內用味增湯也要另外單點，不過CP值依然很高。最推薦合掌村海鮮丼、生牛肉沙拉，很美味，搭配麒麟啤酒（720ml）也很合。反而頂級12貫覺得比較沒有驚艷感，不過想吃生魚片時還是很推2店。聽老闆說2店前年就要開了，但遇到疫情算是很波折，希望大家多多支持好吃又價位合理的店家，一定會再訪。 2The interior decoration is comfortable, and the ingredients are still fresh. 椿	椿山りをん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忠孝復興駅1番出口から徒歩3分ほどのお洒落で味もいいお寿司屋さんです。大人な雰囲気もありますが、若めの20代から30代にメインターゲットを絞ったような印象の内外装です。カウンターもあるので一人でも入りやすいです。カウンターからは作っているところも見えるので楽しめますし安心です。握り寿司「頂級12貫」490元を注文しました。事前情報が無かっただけに見た目に驚きました。味も値段以上なのでコスパが良いです。接客も丁寧で期待以上のお店でした。 It is a stylish and tasty sushi restaurant about a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Zhongxiao Fuxing Station. There is an adult atmosphere, but the interior and exterior have the impression that the main target is focused on young people in their 20s and 30s. There is also a counter so it's easy to enter even by yourself. You can see what you are making from the counter, so you can enjoy it and feel at ease. I ordered 490 yuan for nigiri sushi "top grade 12 pieces". I was surprised at the appearance because there was no prior information. The taste is more than the price, so the cost performance is good. The customer service was polite and exceeded expectations.

The miso soup though…. That will keep me coming back for sure. The reason for the five star is because these foods for the price of $280 is hard to come by in the heart of Taipei

Went there at night for a 2 hour course menu (need to make an appointment). Great quality food, some of which I have never heard of before. The staff is very friendly and the cooks interact with the you and explain every step & the specialty of the food. At a price of 1200 NT per person, it is definitely an awesome experience!!!
