麵和粿仔條煮的應該給5顆星,軟硬度很厲害!Q又有咬勁,嫩又不會難咬!但調味太淡了,我想像中的沙茶麵應該是沙茶味超強,味道超重結果味道有點淡⋯⋯

喜歡這家的乾粿仔,名字是沙茶但帶有基隆特有的咖哩風味,辣椒夠辣必需要加!味道又是另一個檔次! 貢丸湯貢丸很多,但吃起來普通,湯的風味也叫不符我的口味,大腸豬血湯很多人點,是清淡路線,個人偏好口味較重的風味 來這裡吃乾粿仔就對ㄌ!

可惜了!這家汕頭沙茶麵吃了應該接近20年,從基隆搬家去台北還會為了吃這家而開車回基隆買菜,原本招牌是汕頭沙茶粿仔,老老闆、娘非常親切,會親自磨在來米漿在店內現蒸製粿仔(後因身體因素不再做,但醬汁水準依舊),清爽有米香粿仔搭配鹹香濃恰當咖哩沙茶,嘴角留香回味無窮,原本桌上還提供酸菜末加一點滋味更加豐富,小菜多也稱美味,現今老闆沙茶粿仔是粿仔(應該不是自己做)軟糯黏口無米香沙茶醬汁黏呼呼的膩味而且過鹹,小菜也取消許多,大腸豬血湯過鹹豬常太有嚼勁咬不爛!失望透了,成為一家無回味無念想的一般小麵店!

Too salty, many side dishes are also canceled, the large intestine pig blood soup is too salty and the pig is often too chewy to bite!
