★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機車停車位已經停過滿了，還一直開放機車進場，我只是要去車站取票，找車位要找30分鐘，重點是有10幾台機車都在找車位，看到裡面很多機車都是停在線外面，還有車擋住滅火器，所有摩托車都擠在一起，有位置大家都塞進去，負責單位麻煩出來管理，要賺錢也不是這樣的吧？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為以前有對外開放機車停車,所以昨天很自然的騎車下去停,柵欄口有一位阿姨在量測體溫,當下也很配合量測.量完之後發現沒地方可以取票或車牌辨識,詢問阿姨.
結果這位阿姨居然回答我:這裡沒有"隨便"給你們停的,要有票卡才可以停.
隨便那兩個字還特別強調,讓我當下很不開心,但我也心平氣和的告訴阿姨,因為以前有開放,所以我才會下來,並不是隨便.
這裡名稱叫做"新北市市民廣場地下停車場",什麼時候變成特約停車場了？路口也沒有明顯標示,下去還要被人數落,這種感覺真的是極差!

週日的尖峰時段也沒有特別處理方式
一堆人就慢慢的排隊==這麼大的停車塲連緊急處理方式都沒有
好不容易排到要繳費系統還跳出來
客服電話打了十幾通也沒接
超級浪費時間，第一次繳費花了40分鐘

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 收費完全不知道怎麼收的 態度不知道在差幾百點的 重機禮拜五早上6點多入場 禮拜六晚上6點前取車 這樣可以收880元停車費
停在機車格是我自己不了解不清楚
管理室的人一看到我說：你是怎麼樣？
我心裡os 什麼怎麼樣？ 我只不過拿紅單去找你而已？ 能怎麼樣 ？
現在換人經營品質水準整個降下來
寫信給客服 沒30分吧回電來說 啊我們有標示重型機車啊 我想說字可以大一點 （尤其是入口門檻處就要標示）買個教訓下次丟百貨公司 也不想去停那邊了 （至少可以折抵消費？）
至於880我還真算不出來怎麼有這個數字的
只給我一張補820元的發票 前面繳的60元發票也沒給我 真的是蠻好笑的。

車位區域有用字母分ABCDE區，電梯也有分1、2、3號梯，電梯旁有繳費機跟車位查詢機，非常方便。
來新北市政府的停車好選擇。
