★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 產品還行，但客服態度差服務爛，不會解決客人的問題，只會敷衍客人推卸責任⋯⋯不知道在幹嘛！？大概台灣客戶不是主要市場，服務跟行銷都隨隨便便⋯產品再好也無法讓人信任的公司，還有配合的新竹物流也很糟糕⋯⋯

之後過快一個月我受不了在跟你們說一次，回覆我梅雨季比較忙，那請問5~7月幾乎沒下雨怎都還沒打來?台灣還鬧缺水哩!
售後服務是這樣的?
最好笑是什麼，會已讀客人，後續不處理，整整等了半年以上，這服務好優質阿!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公司根本已經沒在營業了吧，智慧家電的 APP 多少用戶反應不能使用了，當消費者是盤子嗎？0800客服週一中午打去語音竟然回現在是 "下班時間" FB 客服推給蝦皮，蝦皮也沒人回應，E-MAIL寄去連基本告知處理中的回覆也沒有，整家公司根本沒救了。奉勸要買家電的不要選擇這個品牌，買了就變孤兒

5/23在MOMO上買了兩台電扇,5/25收到 發現有一台高度伸縮固定紐是壞的 跟威技維修部客服反應後 說再寄一台來 (電話裡有講好 寄來這台 我確認沒問題後 再回電他們 再請他們找貨運來收)
結果貨運送過來說是來回件 我不給他那台故障的 他就無法給我新的 再次致電他們客服告知狀況 過幾天收到一台新的 結果也是壞的!!!!!! 另外 原本MOMO上買的以為沒問題的另一台 風扇頭高低也無法調整!!!!
等於我這有三台瑕疵電風扇 再次致電客服 回應我會再寄2台來 (一樣 我檢查沒問題後會再回電 再派貨運來取回那三台) 結果他們又給我搞來回件 期間客服也不統一窗口 每次打來我都需要重複說一次來龍去脈
非常火大!!!!!! 半個多月過去了 到現在還沒處理好?!?!?!
今天好不容易又收到2台 結果 只有1台是好的 等於5台中只有1台沒問題 已全退貨 公司 員工 品質 讓人驚訝!!!
