★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our best dinner in Jiufen. It requires 5 good minutes walk from the crowded old street but it’s worth the effort. The old restaurant is simply superb with its old Taiwanese style, mainly in wood. The milk tea is fantastic as well as the food in general. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh man! This teahouse is just amazing! Since it's located a little far away from the bustling Jiufen old Street, it's quite peaceful and serene. The owners are so welcoming and cordial! Plus the views from the balcony are just breathtaking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it. Just a few minutes from the busy tourist road, with a lovely view and beers at a fair price. We did not eat, but the food smelt good. Order the tea - it's a wonderful experience! You get a teapot, beautiful cups, a hot water kettle and a personal burner to keep it hot. Wonderful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spot away from the touristy area. We spent over three hours here. The owners showed up the way to brew the tea . The food was also fresh and delicious. Highly recommend to come here rain or shine. Beautiful views as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful teahouse. Wonderful owners who gave tips on the area, made great conversation, and gave complementary dishes. Only a few minutes walk from jiufen old street. Definitely worth the trip for the view, the unique environment, and the splendid tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forget the overpriced teahouses in Jiufen, this is the place you're looking for! Authentic, lovely place with a nice owner, food is superb in a really affordable price, and tea is even better! The menu is available in English and Chinese also, and don't be afraid to order tea even if you are inexperienced in traditional tea serving. One of the best places I ever was in Taiwan.
