因為打完籃球後有腰痠的問題,上網查個訊息後前去給老師調整,大概花個幾分鐘就可以聊解我的身體狀況,也把我自己平常坐姿的壞習慣也講了出來,整復的過程真的是蠻酸的,但完成後真的變得輕鬆許多,也叮嚀要有足夠的休息時間(八小時)與喝水,最後也有提醒平常腰部的出力方式與坐姿,會再找時間回診治療

肩關節不舒服已經好幾天,導致手臂也感覺很緊繃,在師傅的診斷才找到原來之前受傷過的右肩關節已有沾黏的情況,再治療的過程雖然很酸痛,但是當下就有改善,再經過一兩天的休息感覺恢復的更好。 不知肩關節沾黏是否會影響到右側腰,之前睡醒時會感覺微酸,再這次治療後也改善許多,之後會再安排時間去治療右肩。?
