醫師看診敷衍,日前因為坐下時尾椎疼痛,前來就診,沒想到醫師居然說:那就不要坐著就不會痛了!真是神醫。 同時也看到了復健師對待患者口氣十分不耐,有外傭不知道熱敷時間,還被教訓這個時間是自己要注意的,他們沒時間去記這個,明明整個早上的這二個復健師一直在啦低塞。尤其我之前在蘆洲復健,別間的復健師都會主動提醒熱敷時間到了並安排其他治療。真的奉勸行有餘力的家屬寧可穿過堤防帶長輩到蘆洲復健,畢竟有競爭才有進步,蘆洲復健診所多,服務相對穩定

三顆星是給診療有改善我的症狀。 另外兩顆星沒給原因是櫃檯給錯健保卡,以下 治療完到櫃檯領取健保卡及收據才離開診所,今日是我還沒領卻得知男員工不斷說有給我健保卡,之後女員工又再次強調兩次說健保卡沒在櫃檯,我非常肯定沒有領取健保卡,等待員工找卡片許久,得到回覆是「我在查查看」,我只能報警備案,警察到場後女員工才改口是「我有跟小姐說是發錯客人,也跟妳說已經聯絡了。」令我傻眼的態度,做錯不認帳,報警後還理直氣壯的責怪我?煩請櫃檯日後先確認姓名,避免同樣事又發生,員工更拉不下面子的情形可以嗎? 非常離譜。

平日下午沒什麼病人 不需要排隊 但醫生看診非常非常隨便 聽到腰痛 就說你神經發炎 去熱敷拉腰電療 看都沒看我腰的哪裡在痛 復健科醫生真好當 提到想要開轉診單去做自費的物理治療 居然拒絕 只叫我做那些健保給付的無效治療 最後還要說我保險需要還診斷證明 才不情願的開
