★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻醬跟麵條本身很有特色，麻醬較不像北部傳統麵店的那樣濃稠，口感較清爽，配菜不是一般小白菜，而是使用韭菜珠
麵條雖為白麵，但口感更接近臺南意麵的麵條，口感非常不錯
小菜就一般，醬料比較特別一點，附有甜辣醬，非公版的醬油膏
蛤蜊湯自2018起已經不再供應了，不要撲空

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐點可選擇性多。個人覺得味道和份量優於頭城店。但不喜歡燙和麵放韭菜，可能習慣其他店家放蔥吧….辣椒真的超辣，只放一咪咪就辣到不行，嗜辣者可以嘗試。
Meals can be more selective. Personally feel that the taste and portion are better than Toucheng stores. But I don't like to put leeks on hot kneading noodles. Maybe you are used to putting green onions in other restaurants... The chili is really super spicy, and only one mimi is too spicy. Those who are addicted to spicy food can try it.

*沙茶麵（白麵）：煮得剛好不軟爛，口味是大家所熟悉的沙茶醬味道，口味中規中矩
*蛤蜊湯、腸子湯：份量跟湯頭都不錯，推一個
*小菜（粉腸、素雞、沙魚煙、五花肉）
*五花肉：今天店家給的這份肥肉偏多、瘦肥比1/4，吃起來很膩口。
*沙魚煙：又乾又硬，沒吃過這麼糟的。
*粉腸：口味普通
*素雞：入味好吃不硬
*環境乾淨用餐感覺舒適
Came here for the first time today and ordered:
*Sha Cha Noodles (white noodles): Cooked just enough not to be soft, the taste is the familiar sand tea sauce taste, the taste is quite satisfactory
*Clam Soup, Intestine Soup: The portion and soup are both good, push one
*Small dishes (powder sausage, vegetarian chicken, sand fish smoke, pork belly)

*Shayu smoke: dry and hard, never tasted so bad.
