整堂瑜伽課的流程從熱身動作、 當日主題、 課中休息與緩和運動，搭配完美而且節奏流暢，上課的感覺滿舒服自在。
而且，重點是我右側肢體長年的疼痛酸緊得以稍稍緩解。於是，樂於下次再來喔！
The teacher is very kind and will flexibly adjust the difficulty and requirements of each action according to the individual situation of the students. Sometimes students request a break or reduce the difficulty on the spot, and the teacher will also agree with a smile.
The flow of the entire yoga class ranges from warm-up actions, themes of the day, rest during class and relaxation exercises. The matching is perfect and the rhythm is smooth. The class feels comfortable and comfortable.
Moreover, the point is that the pain and soreness of my right limb for many years has been slightly relieved. So I am happy to come again next time!
