老闆手藝超群,親切好客,食材新鮮,用料實在,每一道菜都被掃盤,無可挑剔的好餐廳,可惜只能給5顆星,這間絕對是100顆星!!!

老板一次只接一組預約的客人,很好!因為空間不大(4桌左右),也不適合太多外人干擾,很適合一大群朋友、家人、或同事來吃。食量大的人也許覺得10人一桌不夠吃,但滷豬腳非常下飯,搭配著吃絕對會飽。這裡的食材不是走非常精緻路線,看裝潢就知道,吃的是手藝跟食材的新鮮。一桌七千起跳,我們吃的是八千,每樣菜都讓同事讚不絕口!老闆人很親切。我來吃第二次囉!蒜頭蛤蜊雞湯真是讚!

「無菜單」海鮮料理,宜蘭起源的很早,經過幾年的考驗,盛況已不如前。 「新幹線」在大橋旁,外觀沒有特別整理,而且沒有招牌,當導航告訴你,地點已抵達時,不用懷疑,真的到了! 室內沒有豪華裝璜,應該是沒有任何裝璜,就是一個櫃臺,四張大圓桌,一台營業用的冷藏櫃。環境看的出來是用餐的地方,環境整理的很乾淨,店內只有老闆夫妻,胡老闆負責廚房,夫人負責外場。因為只接受預約的客人,所以要吃好吃的海鮮料理,務必提前預約喔!至於費用則是每個人六百元,每桌六千元/10人,未達10人也是六千,超過10人,每多一人就多加六百。 海鮮料理,就是要新鮮!在「新幹線」,我們品嚐海鮮的真正的「鮮」! 從第一道的涼筍就開始讓我們驚艷,不切塊,一人一整支,只對半切,不提供沙拉醬,涼竹筍的鮮甜,讓我們意猶未盡。 胡老闆是一位退伍軍人,對料理充滿熱情。「新幹線」的料理?。
