服務態度好到沒話說,一定要推一下,而且有Crystal的太陽眼鏡,官網價再95折,使用振興券再加碼9折(但是折抵面額的9折,不是總價9折)。弟弟去了好幾次幫買,都被記得了XDDD

謝謝您撥時間解釋並給了不情願的道歉。 等待的感受無法用時間量化,讓店長您,花這麼多時間,整理資料並調閱監視器以及重申自己熱情來回覆,只讓我更覺得不被尊重及你的道歉非常廉價。 如果有時間為專業及商譽,做出如此詳盡的解釋,貴為店長的您當天為何不花5秒說一句「需要什麼幫助嗎?」 且當天我離開的那一刻,你們不也一起停止討論了?您不還是選擇忽視我這位客人。 當下願意多關心客人,何來後面花時間解釋跟道歉?客人又何來帶情緒評論呢!對於您那誠摯的服務以及後續的回覆,給予1星評價,只是名副其實罷了。 ——————————— 12/10 1800至1820,進去要配鏡到失望走出來的經過;進門店內一位男店員(或老闆)和一位正在問問題的女性顧客;店員連一聲招呼都沒有,也沒有前來介紹或是請我稍等一下,我以為我來到全自助新型態店家。約莫10分鐘,我走到櫃檯附近,兩位還在聊天,也是一樣沒有任何回應,我想說可能問題比較複雜需要時間解說,那我就再等一下。又過了5分鐘,我又走過去,聽他們的話題不是眼鏡問題,而是一般家常跟雷射手術;我不知道貴店業務竟是如此包山包海。當下,就馬上離開了,當我開門離開,他們還在聊天!真的是非常專業啊!浪費我20分鐘的時間,非常肯定我不會再去,也完全不推薦給大家!枉費還是醫院配合的眼鏡行(看來只是廣告),技術再好,也不會去了!想去的人要有被店員忽視的心理準備(當然,說不定你運氣很好,店員會跟找你聊天,不會把你當空氣!)
