非常新鮮的料理
不過比較適合多人一起吃
3-4人會略顯太多
但魚刺真的好多，吃的有點累就是了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到餐廳後去後面選魚，其實也沒選就工作人員問幾人？要大隻還是小隻就直接撈了，撈出之後就直接拿鐵棍敲死再秤重，魚都已經敲死了想換也不行。
秤重工具竟然是用秤砣根本也看不懂，只能任工作人說多重就多重，用一個電子磅秤把死掉的魚直接放上面讓客人看清楚重量這樣很難嗎？
上第一道菜是糖醋魚，從選完魚之後回到餐桌後真的不到10分鐘就上菜了，有點嚇到⋯太快了吧⋯⋯。魚要去魚鱗、取內臟、取魚鰓、取魚肉、油炸、做醬汁10分鐘搞定，快到讓我懷疑不是我們選的那條魚。
糖醋很甜很酸很夠味，但吃多了會膩。味噌魚湯土味很重，湯很難下嚥。樹子清蒸一樣土味，草魚本身土味會較重，魚刺較多不喜歡的人要注意，價味是可以接受。

店内最多做七吃 做出來每道量都很多CP值很高
重點是 魚都沒有土味
而且每道都沒有過多的調味

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來到這區，原本以為會有選擇障礙，畢竟附近也有評論還不錯的活魚餐廳，但今天假日飄雨，只有這家有開，就直接進去點餐了。用完餐出來後，心裡想著，以後來這裡應該就是吃這家了。
餐廳環境非常整潔，服務親切。到後面挑了一尾六斤半的魚，已經是今天偏小隻的魚了。三個人四吃，果如預期是吃不完的，帶回家繼續享受吧。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful lunch here. Tasty and inexpensive! We ordered one big fish for 5 different dishes and it costs NT$1700, including soft drinks and 6 bowls of rice. Definitely cheaper than many of the seafood restaurants in Taiwan

Otherwise you may need to wait for a while for dining. Recommend to try the fish dishes here. It's very delicious. The price here is reasonable and it's easy to find parking place. After dining, you can visit 石管局-石門大草坪。
