聽聞難錄取是有這麼一點,一個倉管要搬8.90公斤的東西,試過不行後換穿無塵衣的主管面試,說這裡要搬穿無塵衣搬重接受嗎?我說看一下是否還有別的部門,後來人事說只剩這2個我選無塵,之後又拖延了6天說再次面試,結果只是羞辱人浪費人的時間,如果有遇到說要再次面試的直接當作不錄取通知別浪費時間等了,無塵面試主管都玻璃心,心裡脆弱不能接受事實的話,說a不行只能選b,面試官無法接受這態度,靠!當然選辦的到的事情做阿(以下面試技巧供參考) 裝的很(假掰)很上進就是為了這個部門而生,不要猶豫不決,別說心裡實話比如(沒辦法只有這個部門了、就只能選無塵衣不然勒?…等等) 很多工作不是自己喜歡而是為了生活才工作,這些不就是多數人的寫照嗎?講實話會被踢掉的公司,人事的人很客氣大概是唯一優點。
