南崁地區最喜歡的肉包和紅糖饅頭! 老麵口感有嚼勁不軟爛、肉包內餡調味和絞肉的肥瘦度都剛好很合我的胃口,孩子最愛的紅糖饅頭有香氣~先生則是喜歡芝麻饅頭(內餡花生)的口味,價格經濟實惠買10還送1~ 從開店沒多久婆婆還在店裡的時候就開始買,現在味道也一樣很好!會一直買下去:)

麵皮口感很不錯 應該是老麵 不是光滑柔軟那種 5星:鮮肉.韭菜.四季豆都很香 4星:紅豆沙較淡 不會太過甜膩 3星:豆漿普普 雪裡紅攪拌不均勻 有幾口嚐起來太鹹

在南崁住了二三十年, 但很少轉到這一段的南上路來, 沒想到這裡有一間這麼好吃的包子店. 麵皮比一般的包子有咬勁, 也不會泡得濕濕爛爛的. 內饀調味鹹淡正好, 很合我家的口味. 很喜歡鮮肉包和韭菜包, 香菇竹筍也不錯. 既然號稱"上海", 建議老闆可以考慮一下增加青江菜包和雪菜包.

Since it is called "Shanghai", I suggest that the boss can consider adding Qingjiang vegetable buns and snow cabbage buns.

吃過的幾款包子都很好吃,尤其是麵皮。不知道有沒有可能再開發新口味,例如青江菜(素/肉)包及雪菜(素/肉)包?一個星期一天也好。

其實是看到有人推薦才特別跑去買的,第一次買了酸菜包/韭菜包/香菇竹筍包/高麗菜包,雖然最主要是想吃四季豆包,但四季豆要特定日才有。結果吃完大失所望,從來沒吃過味道這麼平淡的包子,吃完瞬間想不起剛剛吃的味道,還覺得空虛,只有酸菜口味勉強算不錯。一開始看到時覺得包子很小顆,吃完後慶幸沒有很大顆。 後來想再給一次機會,特別挑了有四季豆的那天去,結果一樣吃完滿頭問號,真的沒吃過味道這麼沒有起伏,比清淡還平淡的包子,吃完真的忍不住寫了評價,雖然味覺是很主觀的,但是這真的不是一般大眾常見的清淡口味,我是真的吃不懂啦。

超讚的手工包子?居然這麼晚才去買來吃?因為就開在我常常光顧的「越南餐館」隔壁每次都只是路過,之前常去那種有“買十送一”的連鎖包子店買那些在鐵蒸箱解凍蒸出來的“機器包子”吃習慣了(?也不差啦)當晚雖然已經買了越式餐點但出於好奇心就來去買來吃吃看?原來這家手工包子也有”買十送一”欸?而且價格親民?包子是用竹籠去蒸的所以一口氣買了11顆?深夜吃宵夜的時候噴一些水再微波個幾秒拿出來熱騰騰的享用~別看個頭小小的包子裡面用料實在、手工的麵皮更是讓人驚艷?沒有厚重的麵粉味咬下去扎實Q彈「鮮肉包」內餡滿滿的豬肉&青蔥香氣十足讓人一口接一口「高麗菜包」裡的高麗菜清脆爽口裡面炒了很多料「香菇竹筍包」 塊狀的筍丁加上些微的胡椒香氣越嚼越香「芝麻卷」 淡淡的芝麻香氣「紅豆沙包」也沒有讓人失望不會死甜的紅豆內餡讓人想再多吃一顆?嘴饞的時候再來去補貨!
