客服態度差 從前一個禮拜冷氣叫修 說這個禮拜一或二會來修 結果禮拜四才打電話 並且我根本沒有未接來電?師傅堅持有打 可能是我自己手機有問題我認了 後來撥給客服 要聯絡師傅 客服不願意並且也不知道師傅電話 根本聯絡不上 叫我隔天再打 隔天打師傅已經出門了 好不容易有個客服給我師傅電話 我打一整天大概有30幾通完全沒人接 我只是想預約什麼時候修理而已⋯⋯(客服說要自行跟師傅預約) 傳簡訊麻煩師傅回撥也石沉大海 一路等到這個禮拜一 再繼續打給客服 說師傅不在位子上稍後回撥 不知道到底會不會回撥 也覺得聲寶極度沒有效率 如果真的做不完可以老實說 或是給我個時間 讓我知道什麼時候可以修 而不是不接不回應啊 我以後再買聲寶我就是白痴 爛客服 爛服務 我還一口氣買了四台聲寶冷氣 這四台全壞了我就一口氣丟一丟 爛

因為遙控器壞掉。第一去買液晶遙控器,到現場櫃台小姐有詳細解說,維修師傅後面看到2位,也會幫忙測試。親自到府維修服務費基本300,要先預約。

其實連一顆星都不想給! 冷氣品牌、品質、服務一切只能說差勁,打客服也沒用,維修人員素質差,每次來都不同人,有外包有公司人員,修一次二次沒有好,還說沒有帶零件,真的讓人無言⋯大家千萬不要想支持國貨貪點便宜就相信,千萬要買其他品牌都比較好,無法一一陳述但千萬別掉入坑了!

其實老式台灣公司服務就很普通,商品維修但工程師回答很制式我不滿意,但主管危機處理的不錯,我就算了…… 但下次應該不會再買聲寶產品

詢問產品有無零件可購買簡單問題居然要讓用戶等待到電話斷線,而且還不主動回撥。 這個品牌售後服務蠻差的,而且後勤系統對於用戶維修零件的需求不是很看重。 簡單來說就是這品牌的產品並不耐用 各位想買家電產品的消費者請好好的貨比三家

維修人員不專業,要來好幾次才知道那個零件壞掉,送貨人員很趕,連冰箱不平會晃都說好了,螺絲釘整個都鬆了,建議去私人維修。

我2/21買了台冰箱給住楊梅的兒子,居然到3/1晚上23:45才送到?期間我兒子打電話給物流電話也不接,本來說21:00~23:00一定會到,結果……我是在東森買的,但我知道聲寶的家電都是自己公司的人送的(因為我前兩年買的冰箱洗衣機什麼的,都是買聲寶的)本來是想至少是台灣品牌,結果送貨居然送到凌晨?我都不知道是聲寶違反勞基法操死員工?還是我自己倒楣買聲寶?更誇張的是公司都沒人打電話來致歉?害我被我兒子唸個半死……
