優:看過最迷你的車輪餅,尤其它厚度特別扁,但出乎意料是個優點,外皮內餡比例均衡,不會出現滿嘴餡料卻吃不到外皮口感的窘迫,小小一顆對只想淺嘗輒止的現代飲控人也相當友善 不推:奶油 (普通克林姆醬,質地稍微稠一點;比較普通,能跳過就跳過) ps:大花豆 (部分泥狀,部分保留完整形體,Q度比一般紅豆更明顯,調味不甜,豆味比一般紅豆婉約許多;個人喜歡一半紅豆一半花豆,像晴光紅豆餅那樣,既有花豆口感又有紅豆香氣,但單純花豆口味還是頗特別,值得一試) 地瓜 (味道不甜很自然;沒有添加太多其他油脂,就是原塊打成泥的自然質感,但可能品種關係稍微偏軟,選用質地更鬆更乾的品種會更有口感) 蘿蔔絲 (甜鹹乾濕適中,但口感不到濕潤脆口,味道也稍嫌單調,少了辛鹹鮮味來增添味道層次)
