首頁-description 台灣人愛吃火鍋，也是台灣餐飲的精神之一，所以我們在湯底上就無法妥協，以新鮮豬肉大骨跟多種蔬菜慢火熬製，只為成就一鍋精華湯底；菜盤則選用當季蔬菜，肉品與海鮮都是精挑細選優質等級的，像雞肉就是採用當日直送溫體雞，吃起來鮮嫩，而且有彈性，肉汁飽満香甜。海鮮品管的要求也是相當嚴苛，在食材上多重把關絕不馬虎，就像招待自己的朋友似的，一定要給予最好的。

The manager or owner was very helpful and recommended some of his favorites to me. Delicious food and great service. I will definitely come again on my next visit.l to Taichung.
