可能我是學生店員感覺我不太會買！只詢問另外一位顧客！於是我又等了大概五分鐘店員才跑來詢問我！
購買過程中店員念注意事項也感覺不太耐煩！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約莫8月買了保溫瓶送爸爸，爸爸放到這幾天才開封，使用後發現會漏水，也因漏水把包包內的重要文件都弄溼了，我便拿回門市，發現是少了軟墊圈，結果門市小姐回應，購買後有問題需要7天內提出...並且要我自行購買缺少的軟墊圈...我絕對不是計較費用，（因為我當下也沒想要再跟門市爭論，也直接付費再購買零件）而是你們本來就沒有給的東西，事後卻要消費者再自行負責，那不就還好我送的是自己爸爸，萬一拿這種缺少零件的東西送別人多糗....家人都覺得明明是你們的疏失卻連點歉意也沒有，搞的好像是我們消費者的問題，傻眼，不會再去消費了！

The family felt that it was obviously your negligence but did not even apologize. It seems to be a problem for our consumers, dumbfounded, and will not spend any more!
