現場詢問櫃檯能不能預約,櫃檯表示要現場等,現場等候近30分鐘(但電話來電就能預約?)。 詢問消費方式,只說等設計師來說明,接下來設計師說的方案都是四、五百起跳(可能我看起來很有消費能力?),為了舒服洗頭,就選了五百多方案,但這不是結束,之後又持續在耳朵旁勸說包卡,之後櫃檯小姐來結帳也加入勸說行列,我希望說明清楚各種消費方式再決定購買哪種包卡,表示先結帳後,設計師臉臭三分鐘內結束吹髮,也沒人說明消費方式(我沒說不包卡,但總是要知道有什麼選項吧,直接第一次消費就選擇高單價包卡,很難接受)。 結論,如果想要安靜舒適洗頭,並且不想被當作盤子(與其他家消費經驗比起來),我應該不想再選擇這家連鎖店。

一坐下來位子後開始就一直推銷貴的洗髮價錢,也不拿本子介紹,講啥我根本就有聽沒有懂,然後一直講價錢5百多什麼的按摩不按摩,還強調還已經主動先給我打了6折,我心想第一次來也不知道基本的洗髮的是如何就要推銷貴的,且態度也沒很想服務的樣子⋯所以我當然不想!想說洗健康洗($250)試試看,接下來是助理來(助理是個胖胖高一點,會主動聊天,感覺親切一點)助理洗髮前會梳髮+用梳子在頭皮按壓,但她一直用梳子壓我耳朵⋯然後洗頭髮時也都沒沖乾淨就開始用潤絲精⋯找我聊天時我其實比較希望她專心一點把我頭髮洗乾淨就好了⋯⋯ 後來洗好頭髮後,助理先吹一下頭髮,推銷的設計師來接手(矮矮胖胖型)來幫我吹頭髮,因為我髮尾有燙過,要手繞的方式吹,結果我也不曉得她是在吹什麼⋯頭髮還沒吹乾,頭皮跟臉頰旁的頭髮都還是濕的就幫我繞兩條長髮放我肩膀胸前跟我說好了喔!我完全無法再說什麼了就這樣吧,也是無言了⋯⋯算了!也不會再來了!蠻失望的,傻眼⋯呵呵
