辦卡前店員有說開卡費$100，當下已經先詢問過優惠卷$100今天可以折掉嗎，店員並沒有提到優惠卷是滿千才可以用，當下已經確定要買一雙浴室拖鞋，價錢根本也不會滿千，跟店員反應，沒要退費的意思，那$100優惠卷我以後也不會用到，根本不用花100辦這張會員卡，旁邊有位年記較老的店員，聽到顧客在旁邊反應問題，一樣愛理不理，不會想再去
