用料有小腸，蚵仔，鮮魷，木耳，筍丁，蝦皮，搭配油蔥酥，蒜泥，黑胡椒。
口味不似南北部常見的大腸蚵仔麵線，麵線不軟爛又不致於硬實，湯頭未用蒜泥，紅蔥頭爆香，比較像是爆香蝦皮的大骨湯，湯汁不會過於黏稠，吃完齒頰留香，回味無窮，誠為良品。
營業時間不定，約為 早上7點10分 ～早上8點30分，賣完即休息，停止營業的時間有可能提前，7點半左右來用餐比較保險。
