在濕冷的天氣裡 會突然想起會有香味記憶的在地美食 由於當歸鴨麵線帶有中藥味 有天在冷冷天氣下 不敢吃中藥的我第一次喝 口味甘甜配上麵線略帶鹹味搭配起來剛剛好 整個暖呼呼的 魯米血是真的米血的不是合成的 入口滿滿的入味香氣沾上椒鹽 一下子就能吃掉滿滿的一盤 加上每天銷售超好的鴨肉 入味的鴨腿配上椒鹽真的很好吃 走量超級快 朴子有鴨肉儀真的很幸福 雖然我有吃到過當歸麵線 好像當天中藥味太重會偏苦 那天就會整碗不敢吃 但如果來朴子真的歡迎體驗看看

路過這裏看見排隊的人潮吸引了我的目光,索性就直接停下車來小吃了一番,今天點了當歸下水湯還有四分之一的鴨肉,總共花費新台幣二百零五元正。 當歸下水湯先來,當歸湯頭濃郁滑順,口感好味道佳,下水現川燙鮮味十足有嚼勁帶爽脆,吃了心情挺讚,許久之後鴨肉也上桌了。 鴨肉的香味四溢,帶有橘紅的鴨皮似有烤過的樣子,口感卻是出奇地軟嫩帶有肉汁,可謂色香味俱全,用餐期間只見客人一個接一個絡繹不絕,應該是不用過多的口述好不好吃最好的見證,香且好吃,值得停下腳步品嚐一下。
