★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想請問一下小朋友拿商品卡去購物店員說商品卡過期！害小朋友將商品卡丟掉（3張），商品卡上明明寫著「無使用期限」為何不能用？可以告知嗎？店長可以說明嗎？曾經有過數次我儲值悠遊卡店員不給收據！還得開口向店員要，店員還遲疑說「你要！」員工教育訓練沒做好。
I would like to ask the child to take the product card to the shop and the clerk said that the product card has expired! Caused the child to throw away the product card (3 pieces), why can't it be used when it clearly says "no expiry date" on the product card? Can you tell? Can the manager explain? There have been several times when the clerk of my stored-value EasyCard didn't give me a receipt! I had to ask the clerk for it, and the clerk said hesitantly, "You want it!" The staff education and training was not done well.
