現在是2019年1月。 現在大部分的甘蔗汁都是巴西品種的白甘蔗,傳統台灣人喝的是紅甘蔗汁。 以特性來分 白甘蔗 比較屬於清涼退火,紅甘蔗 比較屬於 補氣血。紅甘蔗連皮烤過以後再榨汁,是治咳嗽的 。 這家店的甘蔗汁現成的都是白甘蔗汁, 像我都習慣喝紅甘蔗汁,只要跟店家講就馬上現榨給你,然後他們是固定大瓶的是一瓶50元,一年到頭都這個價錢,冬天甘蔗比較少榨比較沒有汁,他們就會用較小瓶子,我感覺這個蠻好的做法。其他的店家會調整價格(用一樣大小的瓶子)感覺比較麻煩一點。 他們的紅蘿蔔汁 也都很不錯。 今天有跟他們 買柳丁汁,他們的柳丁汁 是用“好的柳丁”手工壓榨的,而且沒有用果汁粉調整過。其他大型水果商行的做法是一大堆在賣,每兩三天就去挑一些 不能放的,挑起來榨汁,而且大部分的店家都還會用 果汁粉去調整過最終的成品,調整過東西喝起來當然會比較好喝,但是我選擇這種。 今天2019年5月5日, 特別補充 誠實無價。 我也會時常喝胡蘿蔔汁, 這個武廟甘蔗這邊也有賣胡蘿蔔汁, 但總是感覺他們的比我在另外一家買的 比較不甜沒那麼好喝, 但是又感覺不出來有什麼 很明確的不對勁, 感覺上就只是胡蘿蔔的原味。 一直到今天早上 我在另外一家買的時候,那一家也有在賣甘蔗汁 也是現榨的, 結果發現他們在 胡蘿蔔原汁裡面添加甘蔗原汁。 感覺這不是不好,反正都是天然的東西調來調去的,但是他不告知消費者,有些人必需控制糖份的吸收,這個就會變成一個盲點。 所以武廟甘蔗他們這種生意人還是比較難能可貴的, 他們的主力就是甘蔗、甘蔗汁, 他們當然知道 把胡蘿蔔汁調好喝一點生意會比較好, 但是就是寧願 賣原汁就好了,就像他們賣柳丁汁的原則一樣。 2019年12月10日的補充, 昨天去買甘蔗汁,發現他們放 柳丁渣 的箱子裡面有 半顆的看起來 好的柳丁。 經詢問老闆, 得知 是他們 一顆一顆手工切柳丁的時候, 發現太軟 判斷不應該當 榨果汁原料, 故將其丟棄。 他們在 同業裡面 一定 不是最便宜的, 但是我覺得 他們真的是有良心的。
