個人覺得此蛋板捲買給去西子灣玩耍完畢，要返家的小孩子吃，是蠻適合的。

老師傅應該是全台最資深的蛋板捲的老師傅，中山大學還是壽山動物園的前身時候他就在這賣蛋板捲也經歷過這區的風花雪月和起伏，老師傅其實是很健談的從他口中可以知道好多高雄的歷史故事，他最擔心的應該傳承吧！

很多人都認為是跟 蛋捲酥脆 一樣！
但是這樣想法就會覺得不好吃！
因為這算是雞蛋糕的口感…
