Best Sushi restaurant in Taiwan

K	Kylie Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來這家店點了一份海鮮丼，有霜降鮪魚、鮭魚、旗魚、大生鮮蝦、干貝，蠻豐盛的，丼飯附有味噌湯，吃完大概七八分飽? 外面看起來小小的店裡面每個人的座位都很寬敞，服務很周到，沒有收服務費，總的來說用餐環境很舒適～不過這家店只收現金的樣子，所以錢要帶夠！（本來很想吃海膽散壽司的，但因為沒帶太多現金就放棄了?） This is the first time I came to this restaurant and ordered a seafood bowl. There are frosted tuna, salmon, swordfish, large fresh shrimp, and scallops. It is quite rich. The rice bowl comes with miso soup. It looks like a small shop from the outside, everyone's seats are very spacious, the service is very thoughtful, there is no service fee, and the overall dining environment is very comfortable~ However, this store only accepts cash, so bring enough money! 高	高雄式左轉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家人在附近工作，提到這間日式料理，所以來此聚餐。建議最好事先訂位，因為座位數不是很多（沒上去2F）點餐前服務人員會簡單介紹，放在桌面上的菜單是經常性供應，季節性的餐飲就寫在黑板上。有說用餐時間限制90分鐘，但因為是現點現做的樣子，上菜要等上一會（啊店名就叫蝸牛了啊）但是每道菜一吃都讓你讚不絕口，連很平常的唐揚雞塊，都和別人的不一樣，竟然是軟軟的，不是脆脆的。價位不是很親民，但是，付完錢，就決定要省吃儉用再來吃一次！太好吃了！我住鳳山都願意再跑過來吃！（竟然沒拍到唐揚雞塊！？） My family was working nearby and mentioned this Japanese restaurant, so came here for dinner. The sashmi was pretty good quality, but the sushi rice had a special flavor, though not bad tasting, was different, and a bit undercooked. The nigiri was average. Fried chicken, on the other hand, was quite delicious. The grilled fish, unfortunately, was too dry and tough. Service was great and high CP, $1,380 set menu for two, no service charge.
