就趁今天下班後前往回味囉~~ ☺️
?惡魔椒鹽雞排($70, 雙面都灑椒鹽)
1.麵衣為濕式裹漿下去炸..屬於酥脆口感...較無傳統乾式裹粉那種顆粒的口感.
2.肉看剖面的照片...就知道超厚的了~~ 還很多汁~~ ?
3.椒鹽很對個人的口味！
所以當然直接...雙面都給它灑下去~~ ?
