端午連假我們整團九人,為了旅程順遂特意提早下訂機車,殊不知整趟旅程最敗興的就是機車行老闆的態度。 1. 剛租好車才剛出發不到400公尺,一台車頻頻熄火,停紅燈熄火,慢速塞在車陣中也熄火,在連假的墾丁沒有被後車撞到是萬幸 2. 接著另一台車沒電,怎樣都無法發動,請了道路救援,才剛起步又無法發動。 3. 道路救援的是 [台南-見昌車業],大推薦,不是他們的錯,但服務態度比富企好一百倍,不僅載我們一程還不斷道歉 4. 最誇張的來了,回去還車後老闆態度極差,不僅沒有道歉還試圖把車子熄火怪到我們身上:「我們牽去檢查都沒問題,怎麼你們騎出去就熄火?」並表示,有回來就好了。過程理直氣壯,絲毫沒有半點歉意。 一個好好的連假旅程,被搞的烏煙瘴氣,因為車子不斷出現問題,好幾個排好的行程沒有跑到,還要在大熱天處理原應是老闆事先檢查好的問題。 車子我們付錢租,就應該負責到底,就算出現問題也不應該推諉,我們沒有要凹優惠,卻連一句抱歉都沒得到。以上過程,皆有錄影存證。 奉勸大家,來墾丁還是去租其他有許多google評分的機車行才比較保險!

第一天有一台機車等紅綠燈熄火,怠速熄火,騎到一半也熄火,真的是好險沒有被撞,造成終生憾事!(後來有幫我們換車) 第二天第二部車整個沒電無法發動。(後來也幫我們換車) 老闆說以前就不會這樣,可能因為疫情的關係久沒發動,所以才會有這麼高的故障率。(老闆你應該定期保養/檢查機車才是啊) 我們本是開心出遊,老闆也希望過程一路順利,我們遵守交通規則,一直在換機車,真的是百般無奈,許多行程因此無法去玩,都在換車的感覺欸…ಠ_ಠ 還車時真的是心灰意冷¯\_ಠ_ಠ_/¯。 雖然處理機車的問題兩位哥哥的服務態度真的很好!(真的大推) 身為一個消費者也是花錢租車,我們不是免費使用,也不是消費者最大,以上都是事實(最後老闆不但沒有打折/賠償/道歉)希望店家改善,以免有人花了辛苦賺來的錢,租到問題機車。 希 望 店 家 改 善 !

我們是承租2天五台機車的旅客,這次的經驗裡,有兩起事件“值得給未來想承租的旅客參考”。 文長,愛惜生命的旅客請耐心觀看。 承租機車時,老闆會先仔細講規則,機車受損或是違規罰款都是使用者負責,老闆也會特別告知那些路段需要注意交通,並再三強調不要違規,不希望會收到罰單,不然會寄到使用者家裡,是位會捍衛自己權益的老闆。 事件1:剛開始接到車發動都沒問題,但是啟程“15-20分鐘”後,我們一行人在“正中午時間騎在主幹道上”,承租的其中一輛車突然無預警熄火,在“擁擠車潮”中差點造成車禍,原先要找一個較空擴地點通知老闆更換車子,但再次啟程10分鐘內,開始連續熄火甚至飄起白煙,車子明顯有很大的問題,打電話給老闆反應,老闆沒有表示關心只說會請人過去更換,隨後車子更換完畢就沒有問題。 事件2:第二天的旅行,我們下午停在停車場,要前往下個行程時,“又有第二台機車完全發不動”,當下我們打電話給老闆,老闆也是請技術人員跟我們聯絡,隨後到達時幫我們做維修,說是電瓶沒電,但是卻說這輛車是已經換過全新的電瓶,但我們騎卻沒電?機車零件的可靠度,帶有質疑性,隨後維修員修完後,測試可以發動後便離開了,而我們準備啟程去下個點時,車子再重新發動後卻又再次拋錨...又請維修員回來,最後維修員選擇先開車載我們去下個行程點再換車過來,這次事件,我們耽擱行程“近2個小時”。 總結:我們都是非常遵守規則的人,且全部機車啟程時我們都去加滿油,面對無預警的熄火跟行程的耽擱,和氣跟老闆說希望對此做出想對應的責任與車子的改善,老闆卻覺得他是辛苦人也不希望會發生這種事情,就希望我們能互相體諒,並說“妳們看起來都沒事就好了”,隨後說會熄火的車子,他自己在店里發動一小時都沒有問題,反倒是我們騎的就出問題了,重點是您沒有正中午“騎”在主幹道上測試,我們也沒有看到您發動車子,那怎麼都是旅客的問題呢?難道我們的命都不是命嗎?隨後老闆見說不過就不想繼續辯論便一直說我們沒事就好了,而我們要趕行程便沒有跟老闆多爭論。 最後,老闆連我們有出問題的車(多加油)的錢都不退,認為旅客“沒出事”都不算有事,講不贏便會含糊帶過,店裡都是老車,個人目測車齡皆10年以上,安全帽是最簡陋的。 當初是沒有評價又是鄰近住宿點才承租,不然我寧可搭車去較遠的機車店,也不會承租這家,請旅客三思。 出門旅遊安全第一,如果店家不把旅客的命當一回事,那車子的品質也好不到哪裡去。
