服務生很親切,用餐感覺舒服
點了「極上海鮮丼、鮪魚生魚片、蘆筍蝦手卷」,生魚片因為魚部位關係,所以師傅有調整成炙燒方式,口感也很棒!
但師傅都是現點現做,
所以吃飯要有點時間耐心等待喔

大廚原本在北投 #加賀屋 溫泉飯店工作5年。也曾去日本學習。
#炙燒鮭魚肚握壽司/80 (2貫)。還不錯吃,但也許有人會跟爭鮮比較,他的飯糰是比較小。值得一提是這裡的 #哇沙比 是用新鮮的山葵研磨
#炸旗魚排/80元, 個人覺得柴,還是點 #鬼頭刀 也許肉質會比較嫩。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改成日本料理之後第一次來嘗試,魚料新鮮,醋飯煮的軟硬適中,但是稍微有點鬆散,用筷子要小心夾快速就口以免散掉。整體用餐感受而言很喜歡,花蓮多一間日本料理可以常常報到了。
紅甘握壽司$60兩貫,油脂豐潤入口甘甜,是今天表現最棒的,上面的松露鹽很加分。
醋漬鯖魚握壽司$60兩貫,大熱天就該品嚐酸甜的醋鯖魚,開胃好吃。
炙燒比目魚緣側$60一貫,比目魚的價格,印象中比較便宜,卻反而只有一貫,而且魚料切的小小的,吃起來存在感不強烈。
炙燒鮭魚肚$80兩貫,特別標示鮭魚肚,但其實肚的部分取的沒有很多,好吃,但是覺得有點可惜。
鮭魚卵軍艦$120兩貫,醃漬鮭魚卵的味道剛好,不會過鹹搶味,味淋讓鮭魚卵更鮮甜好吃。
明太子海老$100兩貫,明太子的角色不夠搶眼,是今天表現最普通的。
