一個小時前預約車子 該時段遲到就算了 還跟我說要預留多一點時間給他們 我心裡想一個小時不夠嗎？要不是我自己有預留15分的時間 要不然火車就敢不到了欸？然後到了車站又打電話過來問我 人在哪 我就說我在車站啊 結果回覆我說啊我車都還沒到 你怎麼可以亂搭車？我心想你還好意思說你還沒到 等你到我都不用搭車了吧 而且是他們自己派錯人 我上車都沒跟司機說我要去哪 他就帶我到車站 (是我在電話裡說明的) 拜託你們有效率一點好嗎？有夠沒水準 還打電話過來怪我⋯傻眼

I made a reservation for the car an hour ago, even if I was late for the time slot, and told me to reserve a little more time for them. I thought to myself, is an hour enough? If it wasn't for me having reserved 15 minutes, or else the train wouldn't be able to reach it? Then when I got to the station, I called and asked me where I was. I said I was at the station, but I replied, "My car hasn't arrived yet. How can you hitch a ride?" I thought to myself, you are too embarrassed to say that you don't have to take a ride until you arrive, and they sent the wrong person by themselves. I didn't tell the driver where I was going, and he took me to the station (I was on the phone (explained in) Can you please be more efficient? I'm not good enough to call me and blame me... dumbfounded

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first trip to Hualien & we were very lucky to have 姜開腾 as our guide for the whole day. Very professional and great service, bringing us to many scenic places which were so beautiful. He even suggested to go to the beach first in the morning as he was afraid that the weather is not great in the afternoon which turned out to be true. Very experienced guide. Can ask for him the next time anyone visits hualien.
