There are two stalls nearby in the same street. I don’t know whether I came to the original one or not. But, this kinda tastes bland to me. The spicy sauce helped to make it tastier, but I tried my friend’s 油餅 without the spicy sauce and it’s not that delicious.

Feeling like traditional breakfast style ?? Look no further! The most authentic street-culinary experience you can get ahold of. As we approach the alley we see a queue forming up. Naturally any queue forming from nothing to something, sparks the attention of even the dullest individual. I decide to go further down the line, I'm starting to feel a sense of excitement behind my belly button. I was greeted with a beat up minivan, converted into a what looks like a, semi-permanent makeshift kitchen. The whole visible workspace employed at least 3 highly proficient individuals who clearly know what they are on about. There's 2 options to choose from. + 2 variations dependent on the individual's personal preference. It's either with egg(35 ntw) or without egg(25 ntw). The varitations were spicy/soy sauce; well made egg/creamy saucy egg. The queue is moving, customers are processed and now in a matter of minutes it's my time to decide. I go with the saucy egg with spicy sauce because that's how I roll. Upon receiving my said request I get a paper wrapped, juicy, delicious, eggy, ? like spicy little wrap thingy. I finish it in 1 go and turns out I love it. Would visit again!

Spring onion pancake by the roadside. Kind of food that your arteries will hate you but your tongues dances too. With egg cost additional 10 NTD. Having the runny egg enhances the fragrance of the pancake. When placing order, state if you prefer well done egg, as the default is having it half cooked (runny).

Went here because the other one wasn’t open today. This one isn’t as good as the other one, though it still does taste very good. The spicy sauce makes it taste better but can’t eat too many since it is so unhealthy. Not worth waiting over two hours for, but if you can get it in under a half hour then it’s worth it. Better if the other shop down the street is open, however.

If you like asian style scallion pancakes, this place is your holy grail. Executing this traditional this with their own twists, you are in for a crispy, scalliony, gooey, and very very 'tasty' treats. They also provides spicy sauce to add extra flavour. If you can handle a little bit of heat, the spicy sauce also adds an extra flavour aside from spicy. Whilst visiting early mighy be recommended to avoid the que, I was able to come around 2.30 with minimum que. The owner does operate two trucks (yellow and blue) that are not very far from one another. If given a chance to come back here, I am happy to wait for these delicious treasures. Pro tip. If you like fried food and scallion pancakes, do yourself a favour and order at least a couple of these (one with egg and one without) your tastebuds will thank you.

Fried onion pancakes with egg, $35. It was reasonable. The pancake was not crispy, but tasted good, a bit oily. The egg was not fully cook and the egg yolk went well with the pancake.

FINALLY after missed this 3 times, we get to taste this delicious 炸蛋蔥油餅 ??? it is the absolute best!! Now I understand why it’s sold out during busy hours. The pancake is crispy and the egg is half-boiled. Definitely MUST EAT
