★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 除了便宜跟有人會打掃盥洗室跟走廊這優點之外，不是很推薦，如果真的沒錢也只好認了。宿舍的隔音效果很差可以輕易的聽到樓上蹦蹦蹦的聲音，一堆喜歡在廁所亂噴又不沖水，或是丟一些奇怪的東西進馬桶，明明不能抽煙還是有人會偷偷抽菸，有人會打門人後在房間者油煙味很重的食物，讓味道飄到整層樓，很多事情跟管理員反應也沒用。除了人為因素，房間還很容易出現壁虎，而且幾乎一定會遇到，夏天左右房間可能會有一些蟲出現，就算關好窗戶也沒有用。
