黃	黃蒂蒂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆漿冰的想改成熱的不行，點餐到取餐不到十分鐘的時間，店裡又不是說很忙，飲料也只點一杯而已，就直接說「已經都包好了欸」，飲料不就倒到杯子裡放封膜機而已，又不是什麼很複雜的飲料，不懂為什麼不讓客人改巧克力厚片一點也不酥，甚至感受不出來到底有沒有烤過上次去店裡外帶，回家發現店員少給一個荷包蛋，體諒店家剛開沒多久也立刻接受店家的補償方法，不懂為什麼店家不能用同樣的心情體諒客人不小心飲料點錯冰熱，要用這麼強硬的態度拒絕。 I want to change the soymilk iced to hot. I don’t understand why the store can’t use the same mood to understand that the customer accidentally ordered the wrong drink and it was hot and cold. Reject with such a strong attitude.

As such, I not have to wait long to receive my order. However there are a few strong points and weak points that I would like to mention. In terms of the strong points of this restaurant: - the quality of products is fairly consistent as compared to other locations. - the environment is well maintained and clean for the most part - the location is convenient for University and high school students nearby In terms of the weak points of this restaurant: - when school was in session, after online teaching ended, and regular classes resumed, there were not enough staff to keep up with demand. - related to the above point, due to the insufficient number of staff there were long, very long, waits after orders replaced - I observed on more than one occasion that, when wrapping food stuffs, the person in charge did not wear gloves and did not appear to have washed their hands between tasks Although the quality of the product is quite good and I am familiar with the brand, and trust a brand, I will probably never dine at this restaurant again due to the fact that the wait time is far too long and there are insufficient staff to handle the demand. It should be expected that by placing this location nearby University and High School that there would be a large demand for their product. As such, the lack of sufficient staff to handle demand is a very obvious weakness in this business model. As such, I found other places to dine, even though I would prefer to quickly and efficiently receive breakfast meals from this place.
