我們桌的剛好是粉紅色玫瑰花瓣
根本就是為了我這個不認老還有少女心的大姑娘哈哈
餐點都非常的新鮮好吃
店長很熱情與我們介紹這裡的歷史
擁有27年的歷史 見證過300對以上的情侶在這許諾終身
能在這裡用餐 真的是超浪漫超有意義

我們主餐選擇了一個招牌德國豬腳跟一個12oz的牛排額外加鵝肝醬,還有另外點了一份田螺,總金額$2590
擺盤普通服務也一般,都吃完了不會主動來幫你收,要你跟他講他才會來收,當天用餐人數不多大概五桌
田螺軟趴趴完全沒有口感,我詢問老闆娘田螺是新鮮的嗎,老闆娘回覆我是國外進口的罐頭…….還跟我說台灣幾乎沒人用新鮮的?有點自以為的口氣,其實….我們之前在其他牛排館吃的田螺都是新鮮的…
再來就是牛排,我們要求五分熟,第一份上來幾乎全熟,一句不好意思都沒有直接收走說換一份,換來的那份,中間最薄的地方大約三分熟,可外側幾乎全熟,老闆娘跟我說這是正常的,一般牛排一塊每個地方熟度都不一樣….這是技術問題吧!我之前真的沒有看過差那麼多的,總之老闆娘沒有有一點不好意思,很大聲的跟我們狡辯,包括鵝肝醬也是很假的那種
整個紀念日晚餐直接毀掉,完全不推薦,要來的人請三思,這間店了不起就是200-300塊牌餐的水準,但體驗會很差服務也是

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生日當天一早,老爺便表示:今日唯一行程,就是跟著老婆走。於是行程一路來到中午預約好的「法義人文餐廳」。這是一家我從單身就觀望很久,覺得為什麼建築物外表黑嚕魯的餐廳。
餐點表現中規中矩,走的是不譁眾取寵的經典路線,像極了我到目前為止的人生。
喝一口義式蔬菜清湯,溫暖我的心我的胃; 爽口胡麻油沙拉,生菜番茄搭配起士片,居然還有幾顆畫龍點睛的爆米花,讓我想起在我一路經典路線人生中,突然蹦出幾件脫出人生常軌的事件。居然和這盤沙拉,產生了會心一笑的連結.....
香蒜奶油烤鮮活龍蝦,搭配白蘭地煎烤美國冷藏菲力牛排。
白酒羅勒烤海大蝦,搭配迷迭香煎烤優質熟成羊排
點一杯白酒,搭配我的龍蝦。但姐吃的不是龍蝦肉,而是多年前還單身談戀愛時,和老爺在峇里島浪漫渡假時海嗑超便宜龍蝦和螃蟹的回憶...
冷藏菲力牛排,粉嫩肉質,五分剛剛好; 煎烤羊排,肉汁Juicy, 沒有腥羶味,老爺一口一點頭,就像今天一直誇讚老婆只有18歲一樣, 讚不絕口。
最後為生日壽星特別準備的甜點Happy Birthday裝飾盤,簡單卻代表提供客人個別服務的心意~ 只可惜了餐後送上的咖啡,配的居然是奶精....雖然我本來就喝黑咖啡,但是奶精有點扣分....不知如果要求鮮奶是否也行....?
用餐中可以發現服務人員若即若離的注意著我們的用餐情形。剛開始用餐,便因為拍照而不注意掉落了餐巾。自己沒有注意到,反倒是服務人員發現了,主動過來遞上了新的餐巾,真是貼心卻又不打擾的服務。馬上好感加分~
已經決定:日後在特殊的日子,也要再來。能夠在台中市餐飲戰場上屹立不搖二十幾載,實屬不多,這是一家讓人想回來的餐廳。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從學生時期看這家店看到都變大叔了才來吃,從外觀到內部的裝潢都非常有特色,尤其中間的鋼琴非常吸睛,晚上6:30會有演奏,搭燭光晚餐應該很浪漫。
這次吃午餐,有選擇障礙的可以選雙人套餐。
單點香蒜奶油烤帆立貝+炙燒烏魚子,吃起來還可以,有創意。
湯品部分米蘭式傳統番茄蔬菜清湯個人覺得還不錯,炙燒鮭魚奶香濃湯覺得香氣沒那麼濃郁,但同學覺得比較喜歡這道湯。
沙拉部分比較缺少主角部分,吃起來覺得少了點什麼的感覺,但醬分開裝,可以自己調整很不錯。(不過發現有一小根頭髮)
龍蝦可以分開做不同口味非常貼心,一蝦兩吃,活體龍蝦非常有嚼勁,上桌後淋上萊姆酒點火再嗆點酒香,不過酒有點慎入龍蝦沒揮發掉,吃完不建議馬上開車!
整體用餐蠻舒服的,椅子也好坐,可以好好吃飯聊天的好地方!
