★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as expected. A short routed cave that is squeezy and really small hole to pass through, a smooth trip through the cave takes only 5 minutes.
There is seaside view nearby, a temple and a wood craft museum which is better than the main cave.
History Insight from local : The cave was a shelter for westerner to live in when the island was conquer. They were forced out and boycott. Therefore, they were called the "black ghost" and the cave was named after them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cave is dark and nothing really special. What is special about this place is that it is quite a long route in an amazing natural. It looks like the rain forest here. If you are lucky and you can enjoy this place by yourself it is magnificent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cool cave system with an interesting story. Apparently some escaped slaves killed a bunch of British sailors and in retaliation a British warship burned the caves and killed the slaves. This happened in the 1600s but it still spooked me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice natural beauty site. Ocean view was splendid.
Recommend eat a meal there and eat outside to watch the ocean. Maybe need to get food to go.
Cave is not suited for handicapped or elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some limestone caves where there was historical mass murder here by the British navy of some escaped Dutch slaves.
Has some seaside cliff views of the ocean and big waves crashing into the cliffs. Pretty nice.
The ticket covers this cave entrance fee as well 2 others on the island.
There are public restrooms here as well some snack shops.
There two cave paths. One that forks to the right is pretty tight and narrow (and dark). Taller people might have some difficulty with. The left forked path leads to the seaside view. Gotta watch your head because the ceiling clearance is unexpected in some parts

Located near sunset pavillon
Entrance ticket is about 100 to 120ntd for adults.
Each ticket can be used to visit the other 3 sightseeing areas, so please keep your ticket.
The place is really very hot at 12noon, so after the trekking, consider to treat yourself to the shaved ice at the start of the walk.
Coastline walking area.
Torchlight isnt really required...
