4個櫃台都有坐人
但只有一個櫃台有在處理客戶
剩下3個櫃台都在忙自己的事
只是要匯個款等了超過50分鐘也等不到
就想問一下剩下3個櫃台的人如果要忙其他事不能去其他座位忙？讓沒事的其他員工來幫忙消化整場滿滿的等待客戶
