Best Restaurant in Taiwan

S	Steve Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have many choices of vegetarian food, and this is the reason that I love this restaurant. Besides, they provide rice soup, and I love it also. The rice soup is an authentic Taiwanese food, and it is loved by many old folks, maybe our younger friends would like to give it a try.
P	Philip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome find in Hualien. I wish there was one in Taipei. This is healthy and fresh vegan food, with many options. Not oily. No MSG used. The fresh pumpkin and yams were a nice surprise. They are busy, so the buffet style food is constantly rotated.

(Be careful to avoid the egg tofu, etc. if you’re vegan). I do wish their options changed occasionally, as I’m a regular, but I’m still happy with what they have to offer. The staff are all so friendly and always greet me when I come in. They’ve even let me come in at times when I didn’t realize they were closed. Oh and their sushi is awesome! It’s so nice to be able to have vegan sushi. It goes fast in the late morning and early evening.
R	Rabi'ah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly lady at the counter who treated me (a hijab -wearing Muslim lady) well and even tried to strike conversation. So you go in, grab a plate by the door, put whatever food from the display onto your plate and send it to be weighed at the counter. They will then give you a bowl of rice to go with it. Soup, next to the counter, is free. Price was very affordable. My plateful of assorted dishes, with a bowl of rice cost less than 100 Taiwan dollars. Highly recommended for non-chinese tourists looking for vegetarian food (I gave only 4 stars cos the food was kinda oily and not too healthy despite being vegetarian)

You will subconsciously fill up your plate with a lot of kind of food, at least that's my experience. Overall, I enjoyed all of the food in my dish, but the spring rolls is not one of the best that I ever tasted. For the price, I paid 123 yuan for those foods in my plate, I chose to eat only half bowl of rice and the soup is free. You can judge yourself whether it is expensive or not.

It's paid by weight and you get a bowl of rice or mixed purple cereal on top, as well as soup if you like. Food is yummy, only some of the dishes are a bit greasy. Also a lot of them are cold, but that didn't bother me. Highly recommended!
