★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/24訂購帝王蟹和蝦子干貝，詢問何時出貨，客服留言說年後才會出貨，無法等就退款，我的想法，我只是提問，感覺已經不太舒服了，2/3詢問可否改宅配到家，一直沒得到回應，2/8去網頁看出貨了沒，卻發現帝王蟹被刪單了，店家自行退款，其他商品已寄出，完全沒有通知消費者沒有貨品，感覺很差不被尊重，我是為了帝王蟹，結果沒有還等這麼久，如果有告知，消費者是能夠接受的，如果評價可以0顆星，我一定會給這家公司。
