It is a nice place to work out.
Only one issue, hope the place could open earlier on the morning, such as 7:30 am. Then it would be perfect...

Well, EnjoyFit Gym is exactly that.
No big banners, neon lights, or pushy sales people. It's an inconspicuous gym hidden in the basement on a corner of a 7-11. The space isn't big but it packs everything you need with 4 squat racks, variety of kettlebells, battlerope and most importantly a chill no-frills vibe.
There are no obligations or contracts, it's pay as you go with the cheapest being NT$80/visit. You could come here to train by yourself or have your own coach. There are 3 regular coaches who are always on shift - friendly, unpretentious and willing to assist at the drop of the dime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What makes this gym attractive, definitely are their staff and trainers.
Initially, I went to this gym because of the promotion of the PT session and ofcourse its location near to where I live. After my first session with the trainer Vic, I was impressed by how quickly he discovered my problem and gave advice on the movement. Afterwards, I decided to have my workout session with him for 2 months.
Despite my Chinese wasn’t that good,
Vic is very patient, detailed and selfless of sharing all the knowledge that he had. There is no doubt that he is a professional trainer who commit to help people who want to grow or improve their current status.
Highly recommended this PT if anyone wants to improve their body figure or strength.
