★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很棒，溫泉泳池設施維護得超新超乾淨。管理得很好，曾經得過全新北市社區管理評鑑特優。週邊機能也很完善，對面就是全聯，而家樂福、台糖、屈臣氏、便利商店、圖書館、台北大學……都是步行幾分鐘就到。樓下就有公車站牌「大學風呂」接捷運板南線很方便，開車離北二高交流道也很近，交通方便。街廓人行道非常寬敞很適合散步。行政區屬於樹林區，小學學區是桃子腳國小，是很棒的國小，只是是滿額學校，很難進去，至少要提早6年遷入學區比較有機會進去。
