C	CheChi Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 內用點了蔥油餅，小米粥，牛肉餡餅，還有照片的則是紅豆餅跟炸醬麵。每一樣都很好吃，我個人最愛紅豆餅跟炸醬麵。炸醬不會過鹹，吃得到豆乾，很香，還有切得細細的小黃瓜絲增加鮮脆的口感，麵條是刀削的，偏粗，Q彈有嚼勁。蔥油餅是屬於酥軟型的，不是脆硬型，紅豆餅跟蔥油餅一樣，只是內餡多包了紅豆，個人真的超愛這個暖暖軟軟的口感。每一口都吃得到麵粉的香氣，我們沒有把餐點吃完就已經飽到不行，最後把紅豆餅打包了帶回家繼續吃，每次冷冷的天都會想再去吃他們家的餅～ I ordered scallion pancakes, millet porridge, beef patties, and the photos are red bean pancakes and fried noodles. The scallion pancake is soft, not crunchy. The red bean pancake is the same as the scallion pancake, but the filling is filled with red beans. Personally, I really love this warm and soft taste. We could taste the aroma of flour in every bite. We were already full before we finished the meal. Finally, we packed the red bean cakes and took them home to continue eating. Every time it was cold, we would want to eat their cakes again~

Y	Yan K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great flavor. I love their freshly-made noodles. Every strand of noodle is hand-cut which is a very skillful technique. You don't find it everywhere. Noodles are al-dente. They don't soak up the broth and become soggy. Very chewy (in a good way) and you can taste the freshness of the noodles. I always order the bean curd side dish cuz it is flavorful. They put enough sesame oil as dressing so the dish smells & tastes wonderful. Beef is very tender, too. I've been eating at this restaurant since I was a kid and keep going back even I don't live there anymore. Do try their Chinese pastry and dumplings too. Just amazing.
