年輕的菜鳥行員不甚專業，
一開始沒有完整說明辦理流程，
（舉例：擔保品估價說規定一定需要協同主管到場，實際狀況還是只有一位人員，態度還很隨便）；
沒有主動說明利率和還款方式（還好之前有經驗自己提問），也沒有先說費用（到對保當下才告知，還推託卸責說一定有說明過），
這中間流程效率及其低落，各承辦人（每個環節負責人不同）之間協調不良，乏善可陳。
It is not recommended to apply for loans at this branch in the near future.
Young rookies are not very professional,
